Hello and welcome to my blog. Here you’ll find things I write for my creative writing class.
I like the color red and I do my best writing either right after lunchtime or at 2 in the morning (there’s no in between).
My favorite genre is probably fantasy because I absolutely love the magical aspect of entering an entirely different world from your own. Books like Harry Potter, Narnia, or Percy Jackson really capture that whimsical feeling and are just a few of my favorites.
I also really love historical fiction because, on the flip side, it takes you into real life situations that people went through and allows you to understand history better through amazing story telling. My favorite books in this genre are And I Darken, False Prince, Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue, and Book Thief.
Here on this blog, however, you’ll find more short writings than anything else. I will write book reviews, poems, creative essays, flash fiction, and on occasion, novel excerpts.
